Massachusetts Travel - Boston to the Berkshires

West of Boston Hotels and Inns

Most of the hotels in Burlington, Waltham and Newton are along I-95, whereas Framingham, Natick, and Newton have hotels along the Massachusetts Turnpike and other roads leading into Boston. For quieter towns and historic areas, consider Concord, Bedford, Lexington, or Arlington. The commute into Boston from most of the lodging options here average around 20 to 30 minutes.

Burlington Hotels - A town northwest of Boston, central to I-95's high tech companies, with a popular mall
Concord Hotels - Concord and Bedford are two historic rural towns with many visitor attractions
Lexington Hotels - An historic, charming town with close access to Cambridge; Arlington lodging is included
Framingham Hotels - A heavily developed shopping region that includes Natick, and is located along the Mass Pike
Newton Hotels - The well-kept suburban region, which also includes Needham, is about 30 minutes from Boston
Waltham Hotels - A well-developed city with a vibrant downtown about 30 minutes from Boston
