The tree-lighting is proceeded by a day of concerts and events, starting at 11 a.m.  The tree lighting is scheduled for 5 p.m.

Entertainment includes performances by dance troupes, appearances by Boston Ballet Nutcracker characters, and photo opportunities with Santa.

Faneuil Hall Marketplace is an outdoor shopping center located near Boston's Waterfront Area and the North End. It's accessible by the subway's Green Line, Orange Line, and Blue Line, and there's a nearby parking garage at 75 State Street, Boston.
